Please allow me to introduce the United Federation Foundation. We seek to enhance and improve the Sentient condition and it's many possibilities .

For the betterment of all Human Kind, We do propose:

1. To advance the Human condition through both new and existing technologies.
2. To foster the the intellectual evolution of the Species.
3. To spread tolerance and understanding among all Sentient Beings.
4. To fund scientific research.
5. To support new technologies.
6. To fund the advancement of medical research.
7. To encourage the Membership to aid their communities through the donation of their time and other resources.
8. To use our combined stregnth to effect real social change.
9. To preserve the history and cultures of our species to make our true history known..
10. To advance the search for new life.

Our Mission:

The philosophy of this foundation is a simple one: The enrichment of the human condition, the enhancement of the quality of civilization, and to help humanity in meeting its evolutionary obligation of self betterment.

With no research there can be no discovery, and with each discovery, the human condition can be vastly improved. Through research we gain a better understanding of the vast and complex universe in which we exist. Through research we gain a better understanding of whom and what we are.

Ten years ago, we barely knew that there were other solar systems with planetary bodies. Now, the charting of new planets and new solar systems has become a routine event. Imagine what we can learn in the next ten years if scientific research is better aided and supported by the general public. Scientific research meant to be utilized and not abused by a select few. Scientific research not hoarded, lost, or classified needlessly.

By meeting the challenges of the next century with the wisdom to use our resources to enrich and elevate the human condition, we will advance the quality of civilization. As a collective group, we can speed up the processes that will bring tomorrows breakthroughs. Hastening the breakthroughs that will bring new medical techniques, better cleaner energy sources, and the technology to feed and house the world.
